Outstanding success rate and a strong reputation for more difficult and complex cases

Planning consultancy

Our work in this area includes the preparation, submission and management of a wide variety of applications for planning permissions, discharge of conditions, variation and removal of conditions, including the removal and variation of agricultural ties, and certificates of lawfulness.  We have a detailed working knowledge of permitted development rights for agricultural and forestry development and the change of use of agricultural and other buildings to business and residential use.  We also provide advice on planning procedure and strategy, planning appeals and planning enforcement matters.

We identify planning opportunities and advise on and manage the promotion of strategic sites through the planning process.  We are experienced in the negotiation of site assembly, option and promotion agreements.

Our detailed knowledge of planning policy, appeal decisions and our ability to navigate the complexities of the planning system means that we have an outstanding success rate and a strong reputation for handling more difficult or complex planning issues.
