FULL TIME RURAL PRACTICE CHARTERED SURVEYOR

We are a firm of rural practice chartered surveyors operating across the south west and further afield. We are looking to expand our team with an emphasis on increasing our capacity in planning and development work, where we have a strong reputation and a growing practice.

The successful applicant will have a commercial and can-do attitude, effective communication and client management skills and be able to work well as part of a team. They will be a member of the RICS with relevant professional expertise and up to 5 years’ post qualification experience.

The role offers a wide variety of interesting work with our primarily rural client base.

Although the focus will be on planning and related work, there will also be an opportunity to advise clients on other matters as appropriate.

We offer a salary appropriate to experience, plus a performance based bonus scheme.

Senior Ecologist

We are a firm of rural practice chartered surveyors operating across the south west of England and further afield. We are looking to expand our professional team with a particular opportunity to grow our capacity to provide ecological services to external clients and to support our planning and development work, where we have a strong reputation and a growing practice.

The successful applicant will have a commercial and can-do attitude, effective communication and client management skills and be able to work well as part of a team. They will have relevant professional experience and be either an associate or full member of the CIEEM, holding a level 1 or 2 bat license and, ideally, also a level 1 hazel dormice license.

The ability to demonstrate experience using the BNG metric and writing EPSL applications is important.

The job role offers a wide variety of interesting work with our primarily rural client base.

Your salary will be commensurate with your aptitude and experience.
