Undertaking a wide range of property based work

Chartered surveyors, land agents and valuers

As members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Royal Town Planning Institute and other professional organisations, we undertake a wide range of property based work. Our clients include private and institutional landowners, development companies and many farming families.

Our work encompasses the valuation, management, assessment and sale of property and business assets as well as strategic advice on property management and taxation planning. We are members of the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme.

Our expertise on all agricultural tenancy matters is acknowledged through our representation within the RICS and on the tenancy reform industry group. This enables us to provide informed advice to both landlords and tenant farmers.

We aim at the outset to obtain a thorough understanding of our clients’ property assets and their aims and objectives to ensure that we provide the correct level of management support and strategic advice to deliver the outcomes they are seeking to achieve.
