DISCHARGING BIODIVERSITY GAIN CONDITIONS PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS TO DISCHARGE ECOLOGICAL CONDITIONS
Developments that are granted planning permission are subject to the statutory Biodiversity Gain Condition, unless the original application was exempt from mandatory Biodiversity Net Gain. The Biodiversity Gain Condition is a pre-commencement condition that must be discharged in writing by the Local Planning Authority before starting any work on the development.
Discharging the condition includes preparing and submitting a Biodiversity Gain Plan which outlines how biodiversity enhancements will be delivered, maintained and monitored in accordance with the approved development.
We can assist by preparing the necessary documents required to discharge the Biodiversity Gain Condition and any other ecological planning conditions attached to the permission.
