Arbitration Bill

Our Mark Sanders is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and was on the editorial team that produced the RICS guidance note on rural arbitration. He also contributed to the Law Commission consultation on the reform of the Arbitration Act. We therefore welcome the fact that the King’s Speech included the introduction of an Arbitration Bill to modernise the law of arbitration in accordance with the Law Commission’s recommendations – details from page 34.
