The Forestry Commission (FC) has re-opened its grant schemes to encourage domestic tree production focused on increasing productivity, innovation and seed sourcing.
The tree production capital grant scheme closes on 25 June; the tree production innovation fund closes on 9 July and the seed sourcing grant closes on 19 August. The grants are aimed at foresters, researchers, landowners, nurseries and seed suppliers and the FC is running an online event and webinars in May and June to assist applicants.
