Robotics and automation

As part of the £270m Farming Innovation Programme (FIP), Defra has just announced a £12.5m competition to provide funding for collaborate research and development projects focused specifically on robotics and automation in agriculture and horticultural production. The FIP is run by UK Research and Innovation which will open the competition for applications between 9 January and 15 March 2023.
