Planning permissions to be extended to April 2021

On 22 June 2020 the Government announced that the implementation period for planning permissions that have an expiry date between the start of the lockdown and the end of this year will be extended to 1 April 2021.

The Government has not said when measures will be introduced to enact the change with further details to follow.
