On 23 January 2023 Mark Sanders and Brian Dinnis of Acorn Rural Property Consultants gave an in-depth evening presentation to farmers from Exmoor and the Greater Exmoor area on Navigating the Planning Process. The event was organised by the Exmoor Hill Farming Network (EHFN). Mark and Brian covered a range of topics including the definition of development, planning use classes, the Class Q and Class R permitted development rights, biodiversity net gain, the simple calculation of atmospheric impact limits, planning enforcement and diversification and tax. We truly enjoyed the evening and would like to thank the EHFN and all those who attended.
