Acorn Rural Property Consultants is pleased to share that we have obtained full planning permission for two detached dwellings, garages and a private workshop on a farm in Mid Devon. By opting to apply for full planning permission, we were able to secure consent for a superior development with better-designed dwellings than would have been possible under Class Q.
