Countryside Stewardship deadline

Countryside Stewardship deadline

On 17 August, a day before the original deadline, we received an email from the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) informing applicants that the Countryside Stewardship (CS) Mid-Tier application deadline had been extended until 15 September. The RPA has since released a press release. According to the press release the extension of the deadline follows “previous improvements and evolutions to CS” and is due to feedback highlighting issues some are having making their applications. From experience, their telephone call back service has considerable delays.

There is still time to submit applications for CS agreements that will start on 1 January 2024. If you are interested in submitting a CS Mid-Tier agreement please do get in contact.
