Compensation for compulsory purchase and disturbance

The disruption caused to owners and occupiers of land and to their businesses is an inevitable consequence of both public and private infrastructure projects such as:

  • Road schemes
  • Pipelines
  • Electricity and telecommunication cables
  • Mobile ‘phone masts
  • Renewable energy structures such as wind turbines

We represent both owners and occupiers of land who have been affected by such schemes and are experienced in handling more complex claims involving a number of different interests in land, for example where there is development potential or option agreements are in place. In most cases our fees are paid in full as part of the claim by the utility company or acquiring authority.
