Planning permission granted for two detached homes and a private workshop

Acorn Rural Property Consultants is pleased to share that we have obtained full planning permission for two detached dwellings, garages and a private workshop on a farm in Mid Devon.  The proposed development was submitted to the local planning authority as a well-thought-out alternative to converting buildings to dwellings using the Class Q permitted development right.  By opting to apply for full planning permission, we were able to secure consent for a superior development with better-designed dwellings than would have been possible under Class Q.
