Planning permission granted for change of use of redundant building to a dwelling

Acorn Rural Property Consultants have successfully secured full planning permission for the change of use of a redundant non-agricultural building to a dwelling in the East Devon countryside, adjacent to the Blackdown Hills National Landscape. Although the local planning authority had concerns regarding sustainability and reliance on car travel, they were convinced by our argument that the proposal complied with the local plan.
